"Who are 'The Schooleys'?"

"The Schooleys" is a subsidiary of GreenHouse Clothing, LLC, dba GreenHouse Outfitters, & is a family-owned business based in Tulsa, OK.  Growing up the children of a school uniform store owner, we have a lifetime of experience in school uniforms & school spirit. "The Schooleys" brand was created to offer an e-commerce solution to the school partners that we have worked with over the years at GreenHouse Outfitters.  Offering a FREE online store for school uniforms, spirit wear, or any other school related merchandise & fundraising endeavors...all backed by our "Give Back Pledge" that states we will give back a portion of all sales back to your school, PROMISE!

"Where can I find 'The Schooleys' locally?" 

"The Schooleys" share a showroom with our parent company, GreenHouse Outfitters, & all of the items offered online with "The Schooleys" can be found in our store in Tulsa, OK, as undecorated sizing samples. Stop by and see us!

"When will my order ship?"

"The Schooleys" work with our partner schools to provide an online school uniform & spirit wear store, at no-cost to the school.  To preserve this no-cost solution for our partner schools, we utilize a "pre-sale/order batches" model that processes orders, in batches, twice a month.  All orders are processed in batches, on the 1st & 16th of each month, and will ship 7-10 business days after the processing date.

"What if my order was placed on the 1st?"

Orders placed between the 1st & 15th day of each month will be processed as a group on the 16th day of the month, with an expected completion in 7-10 business days.

"School is out for the summer. Will you still deliver my order to the school?"

Between May 15th-July 31st, while we will still be taking orders for uniforms & spirit wear, all orders for your school will be shipped or delivered to the school by August 15th, or just before school starts. 

"How will I know when my order has shipped?"

Customers will receive an email with order tracking (if shipped via United States Postal Service) or school delivery notification. 

For our local customers (i.e. those in or near Tulsa, OK), we offer an "School Delivery" option as an alternative to shipping. Your order will be processed & packaged just as if it were to be shipped, but rather, it will be delivered to your school for pickup.  For questions regarding school pickup location & times, please contact your school directly.

"Can I return or exchange any items purchased from 'The Schooleys'?"

"The Schooleys" works with our partner schools to provide an online school uniform & spirit wear store, at no-cost to the school.  To preserve this no-cost solution for our partner schools, we utilize a "pre-sale/order batches" model that processes orders, in batches, twice a month.  This means that your items are made to order just for you.  Returns, refunds, & exchanges will not be allowed on any decorated items purchased from The Schooleys. Blank items without any school logo or personalization may be returned or exchanged within 30-days of purchase, in new condition, & with proof of purchase.

"Yeah, but my child grew before we received our order & the item no longer fits. Can we exchange?"

Please refer to the sizing charts for appropriate garment size choice. Items may not be returned due to inappropriate fit. It is the customer's responsibility to order the appropriate size, keeping in mind that children grow at a pace beyond our control.  If buying winter apparel during the summer months, please consider a possible growth spurt between July-December & plan accordingly. If the items in question are in new condition, without school logo or personalization, & you provide proof of purchase, they may be returned or exchanged within 30-days of purchase.

In the event of a defective product, the customer has 30-days from date of purchase to contact The Schooleys & arrange for a product return. In the event that The Schooleys deems the product to be in fact defective, a replacement product will be shipped as soon as possible & the customer will be reimbursed for return shipping. Otherwise, the customer may opt for a full refund (including reimbursement for return shipping). If a garment is returned & deemed to be defective, there is the possibility that a replacement is unavailable (due to limited inventory). 

"I am looking for custom t-shirts/polos/hats for my business/team/group/event/etc. Can The Schooleys help?"
